Corned Silverside

Locally sourced from Southeast Queensland, the Darling Downs, and the North Coast of New South Wales.

Corned Silverside has to be an all-time fav of most Australian homes, its easy and so tasty, pop in the slow cooker with Malt Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Dried Mustard, Mustard Seeds a few Bay Leaves, lots of Black Pepper and a really good squeeze of either Honey or Maple syrup.

This will surely impress the whole family, and the best part is a corned silverside sandwich the next day.
